Business Hat provides both consultancy and training in core skills needed to drive business efficiently. We have particular expertise in the sales operations of businesses, whether that be sales teams, an individual business owner who needs sales expertise.

Whether working as consultants or trainers, all Business Hat Associates have the ‘teach a man’ approach , so that the models or methods we use are geared towards a deep understanding of  what we are doing, why we are doing it, and how it can be applied in your business. There is no ‘holding back’ of information or explanation  so that we need to be used again for the same training (although, of course, we would be delighted to come back!)
